At PISTIILS, we strive to provide high-quality apparel for our community. To keep our operations lean and our drops exclusive, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or fit preferences.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right.
• Reporting Window: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of delivery.
• Process: To report an issue, please email rnrbusiness@pistiils.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or, if the item is out of stock, a full refund to your original payment method.
